Human Switchboard (US post-punk/garage, 1981)

From the top of my reissue wish list. This is Human Switchboard's sole LP (not counting a live one and a ROIR cassette) plus a collection of 7” and compilation tracks of variable sound quality.

This is such a good record. This band is shamefully underrated and now almost forgotten. They sure rocked me back in Ohio in the late 70s and 80s.

hey thanks for this posting. I have the singles and LPs stashed up in my attic (along with over 1000 other albums) so it's quite a chore to even find it, let alone to digitize it. Thanks for doing this so i can listen to it on my mp3 player. BTW, i noticed that the A side of their second single is missing. I Gotta Know why that is.

What's the bitrate on the LP? There are quite a few sites that have this LP at 160 bitrate with a major glitch on the title song. Is this the same or different?

Thanks

frugal mogul - Yeah, unfortunately it's that same file. Dunno if that's a glitch or a turntable bump, but it's an unfortunate annoyance either way. I've d/l'ed from other sites and slsk, but this seems to be the only copy going around. Hopefully someday I'll find a copy of the LP and be able to dub a cleaner copy.
